Bring the taste of North Africa home with this Chicken Tagine dish cooked with preserved lemon, green olives and Kalamata olives. We went the extra mile to make sure there is no excess salt and preservatives by making all the preserved lemons 3 months in advance. 
This dish goes perfectly with couscous, bread or tabbouleh.  



Organic chicken thighs, organic lemon, green olives, kalamata olives, organic onions, organic garlic, saffron, organic ginger powder, organic paprika, organic cumin seeds, organic turmeric, organic olive oil, cinnamon stick, chicken stock (celery), sea salt & organic black pepper. 


  • 350g for the portion of 1 person

Cooking instructions
  • Using microwave
  1. Pierce the film lid. Set the microwave on full power (850W)
  2. Heat for 4 minutes then remove the film, stir gently and re-cover.
  3. Heat for a further 3 minutes
  4. Please allow 1 minute for the meal to rest in the microwave before taking it out.
  • Using oven
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (with fan)
  2. Pierce the film lid and place in the centre of the oven
  3. Cook for 45 minutes or until the food is piping hot.
